Moms face a unique set of challenges when it comes to conquering their own wellness – committing time to exercise in a hectic schedule, making good nutritional choices, taking personal time to feed the mind and soul, and often casting aside the perception that a heavier figure is just part of motherhood and getting older. My passion is working with moms and women, especially those who are ready to make a positive lifestyle change. As the mother of two little ones, I understand first hand the challenges moms face when it comes to taking charge of their own wellness.

I definitely recommend training with Samantha if you want to get in shape and live a healthier lifestyle. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of health and fitness including nutrition, strength training, and weight loss. She is great at customizing routines for each individual instead of using a “one size fits all” approach that I have experienced with other trainers. I love that she focuses on strengthening the “core” of your body with most of the exercises. I could definitely tell a difference just after my first workout with her!
