Meet Samantha Roehrig
Moms face a unique set of challenges
when it comes to conquering their own wellness –
committing time to exercise in a hectic schedule,
making good nutritional choices, taking personal
time to feed the mind and soul, and often casting
aside the perception that a heavier figure is just
part of motherhood and getting older. My passion is
working with moms and women, especially those who
are ready to make a positive lifestyle change. As
the mother of two little ones, I understand first
hand the challenges moms face when it comes to
taking charge of their own wellness.
