:: Almond Butter Banana Rollups

  • Almond butter

  • Ripe banana, thinly sliced

  • Sprouted wheat tortillas

  • Sesame seeds or thinly sliced almonds (optional)

This simple little recipe is excellent for lunch boxes, picnics or a quick, on-the-go breakfast or lunch.  Just spread some almond butter on a sprouted wheat tortilla, allowing approximately ˝ inch edge.  Cover with thinly sliced banana, and if you like, sprinkle with sesame seeds or thinly sliced almonds.  Roll up tightly. 

Eat immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.
