Free Wellness Evaluation
The first step in personal training is the Wellness Evaluation. During this complimentary 60 to 90-minute session, we'll address the following:
- Talk in detail about your current state of wellness including nutrition, cardiovascular fitness, strength and supplementation.
- Outline your goals for improving your current state of wellness
- Address past roadblocks and challenges to achieving your wellness goals.
- Complete an evaluation process that includes a physical activity readiness questionnaire, medical screening, body composition, circumference measurement, target heart rate, blood pressure, postural evaluation and core assessment.
The Wellness Evaluation will provide us with a good picture of where you are today and enable us to set realistic, yet challenging goals to raise your fitness level and optimize your health. The data also will serve as a baseline so that we can track your progress over time. As a personal trainer, the assessment is a critical step in developing a personalized, safe and effective fitness program. Because the information collected during this session is so fundamental to my ability to make specific recommendations regarding how to improve your total wellness through a program that incorporates nutritional strategies, cardiovascular activity, flexibility and resistance training, the Wellness Evaluation is free of charge.
